Business, event, and deal listings are submitted by their owners or pulled from third-party sources. We review submissions before they go live, but we don't independently verify every detail — hours, pricing, and availability can change without notice. Always confirm important details (like whether a deal is still running) directly with the business before visiting.
If you submit a business, event, or deal, you confirm that you're authorized to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to reject, edit for clarity, or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalScoop and its operator are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, reliance on listing, event, or deal information that turns out to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading, any interaction or transaction you have with a business found through LocalScoop, and any loss or harm resulting from your decision to visit, purchase from, or otherwise engage with a listed business or event. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken as a result of using this site.
